My plan worked!!!!!!

We have been fighting everyday since Kindergarten to keep Cameron reading. He always has to have a fit and tell us how much he hates to read and how stupid it is to read. And we say that one day you will want to read something fun and interesting, and right now you have to read these books to teach you how to read. Well since we have been back in TN, I found Nate the Great books by Marjorie Weinman Sharmat. We have read about 15 of them. Cameron would read a page and then I would read a page. And today Aug. 29, 2009 He said, I want to read it all by myself the whole book. So he sat down by me and read the whole book and by the last chapter he had already figured out the mystery just like Nate the Great. He wants to keep it for a little longer before we take it back to the library. TA DA!!!!!!
