OUR NEW HOME

We just made an offer on this house.

It is owned by a realtor, he fixed it up

really nice to sell. It has a granite kitchen all new

appliances and light fixtures with two units to controll

the temp. in the house. Real hard wood floors in the kitchen.

A laundry room, (I hate having my laundry in the hall closet by our

front door.) walk in closets in all four bedrooms. It is so beautiful.

He painted it just like the interior designers on the TV that Nana

watches. He accepted our offer and is going to pay all closing cost.

We will be closing on August 3rd. The same day we did when

we bought our first house on 3rd East.

The kids will attend Longview Elementary, we live only

one mile away. So the kids and I will get to walk to school.

We are so excited.
