The 4th of July has always been our favorite holiday. We are so Thankful to live in America and we love the patriotic songs that sometimes bring tears to our eyes because freedom has really become personal to us. We are so Thankful for our special soldiers who have sacrificed a lot for our freedoms. Uncle Benjamin Holladay who served in Iraq. While his first child, Aidan was born.
Uncle Chris Buck who also served in Iraq, This is some of our family that welcomed him home, only to see him move to North Carolina shortly after to work at the Army base there.
Uncle Scott Ober who is serving in the Air Force up in Ohio.

And our favorite is our Daddy, Lindsay Buck who thankfully is serving here in Tennessee. We love all of the men and women who have served in the past as well as the present. May we all be more grateful for their service and not ever ever take our freedoms for granit.

I agree! I am so glad I was born in America. We really are so lucky. It was fun to look at all of your pictures. The science center looks fun. Maybe we'll have to come visit so we can see it! Bummer about the fireworks, but your own fireworks looked fun. Love you guys!
